Industries We Serve
Five sectors where we know the systems, the integrations and the regulator
Our engineering practices are the same wherever we work. What changes by sector is the domain: which systems have to be integrated, which numbers have to reconcile, and which regulator will eventually ask to see the logs.
Below is what we actually deliver in each of the five industries we serve, and the vocabulary we expect to hear on the first call.
Fintech & Payments
Payment service providers, lending platforms, wallets, neobanks and treasury teams. The hard part is rarely the happy path β it is the reconciliation at month end, the chargeback that arrives six weeks late, the ledger that has to balance to the cent while three upstream providers report in different currencies and time zones. We build the ledgers, the reconciliation engines and the integration layer that make those numbers defensible.
What we build
- Double-entry ledgers and reconciliation engines
- Payment orchestration across multiple PSPs and acquirers
- Lending, underwriting and servicing platforms
- Wallet, card issuing and payout integrations
- Open banking and account aggregation connections
- Stablecoin and cross-border settlement rails
Compliance built in
- KYC, KYB and AML provider integration
- Transaction monitoring and sanctions screening hooks
- Immutable audit trails and evidence retention
- GDPR data residency and retention policy enforcement
- PSD2 and strong customer authentication flows
- Regulator and auditor reporting interfaces
iGaming & Sportsbook
Online casino and sportsbook operators, aggregators, affiliates and platform providers. Almost nobody should build a sportsbook from scratch β the sensible move is to license a proven platform and spend the budget on what actually differentiates you. That is the layer we work in: odds and pricing logic, bonus and loyalty engines, segmentation and CRM, payment and KYC flows, affiliate attribution, and the reporting your licence obliges you to produce.
Platform & integration
- Platform and PAM integration, game aggregator onboarding
- Sports data, odds and live-pricing feed integration
- Bet placement, settlement and cash-out flows
- Bonus, free-bet and loyalty engine development
- Payment cashier: deposits, withdrawals, multi-PSP routing
- Affiliate tracking, attribution and revenue-share reporting
Player, data & licence
- CRM, segmentation and lifecycle campaign automation
- KYC, AML, source-of-funds and age verification flows
- Responsible gaming: limits, self-exclusion, reality checks
- Regulator reporting and licence technical requirements
- Player value modelling, churn prediction and risk scoring
- Back-office, fraud tooling and operational dashboards
SaaS & Technology
Software companies going from a working prototype to something that survives its hundredth customer. The problems arrive in a predictable order: multi-tenancy that was not designed for it, billing that cannot express the new pricing model, integrations that every enterprise deal now demands, and an AI feature the board wants shipped this quarter. We build those layers, and we help decide which ones are actually worth building.
Product & platform
- Multi-tenant architecture and tenant isolation
- Subscription billing, usage metering and entitlements
- Public API design, webhooks and developer documentation
- SSO, SCIM and enterprise-readiness features
- AI features: assistants, summarisation, retrieval over customer data
- Analytics, product telemetry and reporting
Growth & visibility
- Marketing sites built for Core Web Vitals and search
- Technical SEO and structured data implementation
- Directory, marketplace and listing strategy
- Onboarding, activation and self-service flows
- Integration marketplaces and partner APIs
- Infrastructure cost control as usage scales
Enterprise Operations, Manufacturing & Logistics
Companies that move physical things and run on systems chosen a long time ago. The ERP works, the warehouse system works, the transport partner has an API from 2011, and none of them agree on what stock is available right now. This is unglamorous, high-value integration work, and it is where a well-built system pays for itself in months rather than years.
Core systems
- ERP implementation, customisation and extension
- Warehouse management and inventory accuracy
- Order management and fulfilment orchestration
- Procurement, supplier and purchase order workflows
- Production planning and shop-floor data capture
- Finance, costing and consolidated reporting
Connective tissue
- EDI, carrier and 3PL integrations
- E-commerce and marketplace channel synchronisation
- Real-time stock visibility across locations
- Demand forecasting and replenishment models
- IoT and telemetry ingestion from equipment or fleet
- Operational dashboards and exception alerting
Professional Services & HR-Tech
Recruitment firms, assessment providers, consultancies and agencies β businesses whose product is people's time, and whose margin lives or dies on how much of the administrative work can be taken off the table. We know this sector from the inside: we built and run InterviewAce, our own AI interview preparation product.
What we build
- ATS and candidate pipeline tooling
- Assessment, scoring and structured interview platforms
- Client and candidate portals
- Time tracking, utilisation and project profitability
- Proposal, contract and document automation
- Job board, CRM and calendar integrations
Where AI actually helps
- CV parsing, enrichment and structured extraction
- Interview transcription, summarisation and scorecards
- Candidate and role matching with explainable ranking
- Drafting outreach, briefs and reports from source material
- Bias review and EU AI Act obligations for hiring tools
- Human-in-the-loop review on every consequential decision
Common Questions
Autonix Lab works with five sectors: fintech and payments, iGaming and sportsbook operators, SaaS and technology companies, enterprise operations including manufacturing and logistics, and professional services and HR-tech. The underlying engineering practices are the same across all five; the domain knowledge, integrations and regulatory requirements differ.
Usually not, and we will normally advise against it. Most operators are better served by licensing a proven platform and investing the budget in what differentiates them: odds and pricing logic, bonus and loyalty engines, CRM and segmentation, payment and KYC flows, affiliate tracking, and the reporting a regulator asks for. That integration and differentiation layer is where we work.
Yes. We treat compliance as an engineering requirement rather than paperwork added at the end. That means immutable audit trails, documented data residency, KYC and AML integration, transaction monitoring hooks and regulator-facing reporting interfaces designed into the system from the first sprint.
Yes, as one practice among several rather than as our headline. We build stablecoin payment rails, tokenization of real-world assets, custody and exchange integrations and smart contracts where they solve a real problem. Where a conventional database or payment processor would serve the client better, we say so.
From funded startups building a first serious platform through to established mid-market companies replacing or integrating core systems. Engagements range from a short advisory session to multi-month build and integration programmes.
